At Glow Mist™, we want your order to reach you safely, on time, and with full transparency. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3–4 business days, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

    United States: 2–11 business days

     

  • Europe (EU/UK): 7–14 business days

  • Middle East: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 7–14 business day

Shipping Methods

  • Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking

Customs & Duties

  • United States Orders: Import duties/taxes are already included in the shipping fee. Customers will not pay extra at delivery.

  • European Union Orders: We support IOSS/EOSS. This means VAT is prepaid, and customers will not be charged again upon delivery.

  • Other Countries: Duties or local taxes may apply depending on regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.



Refund Policy

 

At Glow Mist™, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

Refund Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. After inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover all shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

  • DHL Express Shipments: For certain countries, DHL may require customers to pay import duties directly. If you prefer to avoid this, please select other available shipping methods at checkout.
